Kodi Keith
Growing up in a small town in Western Massachusetts she was used to improperly poured guinness, shaking manhattans and overly used sour mix. Fast forward many years and a quick reprimand for bruising bourbon and we land in Newport, Rhode Island.. Where for the past three years Kodi has been working with The Vanderbilt Grace, a one of a kind boutique hotel as their resident mixologist crafting unique cocktails for the property. Throughout her experiences in Newport, a style emerged – interest in studying technique, cocktail history, fresh ingredients and seasonality as well as being conscious of pairings with the Executive Chef's menu offerings. Her inspiration lies in unique ingredients and aleatory flavor profiles ensuring that every cocktail crafted remains consistent and memorable.
